Hey guys! I, =Nossek, fuckin' finally got into this goddamn club and it's my opportunity to share some of my art. You will all wish you had never been born... Purpose:
This group was constructed for fans of the great metal genre, Thrash Metal (Old School Thrash only, this isn't meant to serve for bands such as Pantera, those bands are half thrash). While most commonly related to the genre of Speed Metal, the two genres are different with Thrash being played in a more aggressive type style then speed. The most commonly known bands in this genre are as followed, Sepultura, Slayer, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, Exodus, Testament, Dark Angel, Death Angel, Kreator, Vio-lence, Nuclear Assault, Heathen along with many more. This group is meant to serve as a place for fans of the genre to gather. It is a place to submit art, photos, and whatever else related to Thrash Metal bands. It is to serve as a way to share artwork influenced by the genre and to bring attention to thrash bands that aren't commonly known about. It is encouraged to also join the forum to discuss different things (details under message board section) [link] . If you have a band of your own which plays Thrash and have a demo posted online and would like to get attention, send me a note and I'll post about it in the journal.

Requirements to join:
1. Obviously, if you want to join, you must like Thrash Metal.
3.Send a note to the group requesting to join. Please, do not just watch the group and assume that we will realize that you want to join, watching the group doesn't say anything, please send a note. Within that note please include the name of your favorite Thrash Metal band(s).[link] ). Membership requests on the front page wont be ignored, but they wont be noticed as quickly a note will. Please do not list Pantera, Machine Head, The Haunted, Lamb of God or any of those other bands as your favorite thrash band, they are NOT Thrash, they are groove.

Deviations for the group:
All deviations for the group will be accepted, this includes all of the following; Aviators, IDs, Photomanipulations, album reviews (of thrash metal bands only of course), and whatever else you can think of. Of course all artwork has to do with Thrash Metal bands, only the "old school thrash" to be specific, while that should be the only thing considered thrash, some are considering such things as Pantera and the Haunted as the "new wave of thrash metal" which is just fucking stupid but that's aside the point, this group is for the real thrash only and will only accept deviations about real thrash, none of this new crap (Note: new bands such as Heathen and Corrupt that are still playing old school thrash, it doesn't matter that they are new, we will accept deviations for them). If you want to submit a deviation, send a note to the group with the link to the deviation at which point we will submit it onto here, you're name and the link to the original deviation will be posted in the description giving you, the artist, full credit for the deviation. It may sound like I'm being a prick but I prefer to keep everything to the original reason to what this group is dedicated to and if I was to deviate away from that and allow things based on post-thrash/groove bands like Pantera than that wouldn't serve the purpose of why this group was created.
